Good-sized rooms provided with clean towels, excellent amenities, as for instance. Lots of fabulous food for meals.

The room is tidy and nicely decorated, with great amenities like a Jacuzzi and a TV.

There were partiers at the pool while I was there with my children. They were drinking and playing loud music. They had small children that were not very well supervised. One child in their supervision almost drown. They were told once to turn off their music by the girl working the front desk, shortly after she left they turned it back on. It was never looked into again. I returned to our room around 9:30. My daughter had a shower, my son got into pajamas and we were getting ready to cuddle and watch the Amazing Spider-Man 2. We received a call from the front desk saying that the person below us complained that we were being disruptive and that if she had to call again the policy was that we would need to pay for the other persons room. We were needless to say a little baffled. We received another call around 10:30 from the front desk saying that the same person complained and that their policy was that we would have to pay for their room. My husband and two kids and I were curled up on the king size bed watching the movie. Needless to say I was ticked off. I told her what we were doing and she said that she still had to make the courtesy call and said that she was on the 2nd and 4th floor and didn't hear anything, but threatened that if she called one more time the other persons room would be on our bill. I think that there should have been a little more investigating involved and maybe not threaten patrons that haven't done anything wrong. I believe the person that complained was fishing for a free stay but no way in hell was I going to pay for it. Not impressed at all.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay during our girls' road trip. The location was perfect, close to many eateries. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Next to restaurants, shopping, and easy access to the highway. I had a great time staying at Best Western Plus Red Deer Inn & Suite during our girls' road trip. The location was just perfect, with plenty of eateries nearby. The staff were really friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Plus, the hotel was conveniently located close to restaurants, shopping areas, and the highway, which made it easy for us to get around.

The breakfast was really good.

The staff were not terribly accommodating for early check in even though I requested early check in when making the reservation. I called to confirm and they indicated that they would not guarantee early check in. I called the morning of our arrival and again they advised me that they could not guarantee it. When we arrived, they did let us check in early but again reminded us that it is not guaranteed. I was disappointed by this whole thing. If someone requests early check in (as long as it's reasonable and I felt 2 to 2:30 was reasonable) then every effort should be made to accommodate without making me feel that they weren't happy about accommodating our request. We had 3 rooms.

I truly enjoyed staying in this property and its marvellous and easy location.

The weather was wonderful, had excellant stay for our next business trip. The whole stuff was very, very nice and courteous. The breakfast was plentiful, the check in was fast. Everything was great and within 19 minutes' drive of Red Deer Regional airport.

Marvellous and easy position, I truly enjoyed staying in this place.

Btw, the airport was 20 km away.

The modern queen suite includes a sofa bed, coffee cups, and a TV.

The breakfast was hot and plentiful with hot oatmeal, thoroughly enjoyed what was offered. The location was near to Red Deer over the August long weekend.
